CORONA
Oil Burner
It is used for petroleum-derived fuels (kerosene, diesel oil, A heavy oil, C heavy oil), liquids containing combustion components, and recycled oil. Oil burners are roughly divided into "pressure spraying type" and "two-fluid spraying type”. The pressure spraying type is a burner that pressurizes liquid fuel, sprays it from the nozzle, and burns it. Fuel pressurization methods include pumps (gear pumps, electromagnetic pumps), compressor air, and natural flow. The two-fluid spraying type introduces air, steam, and other gases with pressure other than the pressurization of the fuel into the nozzle and sprays them. There are two types of two-fluid mixing methods: internal mixing and external mixing. The corona two-fluid spray burner is an external mixing type.
Gasbarna
It is a burner used for gas fuels such as natural gas, LP gas, COG, and biomass gas. There are "nozzle mix type" and "premix type" for gas burners. The nozzle mix type is also called the "tip mixing" type. Fuel and air to burn fuel are sent separately to the crater, mixed and burned at the crater. The premix formula is also called "premixed" or "premixed" formula. There is a mixer (mixer) that mixes fuel and air in front of the burner nozzle, and it ejects as combustion gas to the burner.
Prominence Barner Series
We have developed an oil burner that corresponds to the new corona rotary oil burner that was produced and sold until around 2016 in collaboration with "Ozaki Kame Shoten", a company specializing in waterproofing construction equipment.
